Role: Business Analyst – Consulting

Location: Dubai, UAE

Work Mode: Full-time

Reporting to: Head of Enterprise Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews

Support process mapping and gap analysis

Draft documentation and solution proposals

Collaborate with technical teams to align delivery with business needs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process tools (e.g., Visio)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in BFSI or enterprise solution consulting

Knowledge of BPMN or agile methodologies
