1. Who we are

This website, zemyd.com, is operated by ZEMYD (“ZEMYD”, “we”, “us”), Office Suite 117, Garhoud Star Bldg, Al Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the forms on this website:

• Contact Us and Schedule a Meeting: your name, email address, phone number, company name and your message.
• Careers: your name, email address, phone number, current location, preferred job function, years of experience, recent job title, optional message, and the resume (CV) you upload.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry or meeting request and to provide the information or services you ask for.
• To review your application and contact you about current or future opportunities at ZEMYD.
• To protect the website and our forms against spam, abuse and security threats.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your information because you have asked us to (for example, by submitting a form), because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and recruiting, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

We measure how our website is used so we can improve it. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and general information such as country, device and browser without using cookies or identifying you. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to understand how visitors find and navigate the site. Google Analytics only runs if you click “Accept” on our cookie notice, and we ask Google to anonymise IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies or sell this information.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

Some pages also show content from Google: the map on our Contact page (Google Maps) and the policy documents on our governance pages (Google Drive). When you view those pages, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, under contract:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Microsoft 365: our business email, where submissions are received.
• Vercel Web Analytics and, if you accept, Google Analytics: website usage statistics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE; where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and meeting-request information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless a business relationship continues. We keep job applications and CVs for up to 12 months so we can consider you for other suitable roles; you can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time. We may keep information longer where the law requires it.

8. How we protect it

The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, form submissions are sent over encrypted channels, and access to them is limited to the ZEMYD staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within the time required by law and may need to verify your identity first.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
